2023-2024 Season Year End (Limited to 40 Bowlers)
We will conclude the 2023-2024 season with our year end event at Cold Spring Lanes. Space is limited to 40 bowlers, so make sure you sign up early. Pre-Registration will be required see event details for more information.

Event Details:
This Tournament will be limited to 40 Entries.
Pre-Registration: Participants will be required to pre-register. Since we incentivize participation by offering discounted entry fees to our year end event, any bowler who participates in 5+ regular season sweepers will be given first opportunity to register. Any remaining unregistered spots will be released in two separate batches for registration.
Batch 1: Open registration for batch 1 spots will open at 8 A.M. on Mar. 11th.
( Batch 1 spots are focused towards folks with 3 - 4 events bowled prior to our April event who plan on bowling our year end event)
Batch 2: Open registration for batch 2 spots will open at 8 A.M. on Apr. 8th.
(Batch 2 spots are focused towards anyone who missed registering from the batch 1 spots plus anyone with two events bowled and has signed up for trios to act as their third event to qualify them for year end)
Entry Fee: Depends on Season Participation (see below):
- 3-4 Events Bowled: $50
- 5-8 events Bowled: $25
- Perfect Attendance: FREE
High Game Pot (Optional): $10 - This pays out usually the top 2 or 3 scores after each game.
Brackets (Optional): $5 per bracket / # of sessions based on bracket interest.
Ball Raffle:
Brunswick Bowling Products provides us with a new ball each month to use in our ball raffle.
Raffle Tickets can be purchased day of tournament.
Ticket Prices: $3 (1 Ticket), $5 (3 Tickets), $10 (11 Tickets)
Free Entry Drawing:
At each tournament we will draw from the participating names of that event and award one lucky individual a free entry.
Tournament Format:
Participants Bowl six (6) games of qualifying. The top 16 participants regardless of entries will advance to a single elimination, two-game total pinfall roll-off bracket.
Seedings in the roll-off bracket are determined by qualifying score. Ties for seedings are broken by the participant with the higher single game within qualfying. If still tied, move on to the second high game and so on until tie is broken.
There are no byes awarded in our year end tournament.
Matchups each round of the bracket are NOT redone based on remaining seeds left in bracket. Participants follow the bracket each round regardless of seedings.
